PAYMENT
Prices shown are in Pounds Sterling (£) and are exclusive of postage and packing. Payment can be made by PayPal or cheque. Orders paid by PayPal will be despatched when payment has cleared. Cheques should be made payable to 'Lucy Alice' and sent to:

DELIVERY
Orders under £50 for delivery within the UK will be charged £3.00 postage and packing. Orders over £50 for delivery within the UK will be delivered free of charge. For goods delivered outside mainland UK the postage and packing charge will be calculated by weight and destination. Please contact enquiries@lucyalice.com for these special postage rates.

If your delivery is made outside of mainland UK, you are responsible for complying with your country’s importation laws and taxes.

All orders will be despatched by First Class Recorded Delivery and will require a signature on delivery.

All products offered for sale are subject to availability.

We aim to deliver your order within 7 days or less, on receipt of your payment. Please allow a maximum of 14 days, although it is usually much quicker. If the item you are ordering is out of stock, we will contact you with an expected delivery date.

RETURNS
If you are not completely happy with your purchase, please return the goods unused and in their original packaging for an exchange or refund, within 14 days. We strongly recommend you obtain a proof of postage certificate when returning goods as we cannot be responsible for goods lost in transit to us. The postage and packing and return postage costs are not refundable. Refunds will be made by cheque only. For health and hygiene reasons we are unable to refund or exchange earrings unless they are faulty.
